At muniul, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience, and our return policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind. Whether you’ve made your purchase in-store or online, we’re here to ensure that your crafting journey is seamless and enjoyable.
60-Day Return Policy We’re pleased to offer a generous 60-day return window. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase provided.
In-Store Purchases For in-store purchases, returns can be processed at any muniul location. Bring your item(s) and receipt, and our team will gladly assist you. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Online Purchases Returning online orders is just as easy. You may return items by mail or to any muniul store. If returning by mail, please include the packing slip and follow the return instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a muniul error.
Exclusions Please note that custom-made items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-returnable. Seasonal items and clearance merchandise may be subject to special return conditions, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 60 days. We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
